I've rationalized and evaluated the situation.
Philadelphia makes my heart happy. It wouldn't be my first pick but I'm content. Perks are being close to New York, Boston and DC. Cheap international flights. Great shopping. The base is downtown philly, looking to live downtown, get to sell Ted's car (which means less money going to inflated insurance). Close to where I grew up.
Experience Philly cheese steaks.
Art musuems galore.
Big city with a smaller city feel.
My heart is at ease now.
