Without Love

2.13.2011
Valentine's day is such a sweet day. Not only if you have a sweetie to share it with. Everyone scurries around finding sweet things to do for people that they love. Ted and I started celebrating a day early. Meat and potatoes. And of course, chocolate cake. That was Ted's dinner-in request for v-day. He also asked if he could eat as much of the cake as he wants as often as he wants without a lip from me. Teehee.

Yesterday, I was reminded during a lunch chit chat of the meaning and value in love. Someone at the table mentioned that the main thing that is important in picking a church or being at a church is sound doctrine. I do feel like this is vitally important but I couldn't stop thinking without love we are nothing. Read 1 Corinthians 13. It's rich and explains what I'm exactly saying.

I also felt like sharing the love so I made some lemon raspberry muffin's for myself and to bring to my little sweet's I care for in the morning. Ted, my forever valentine, hid a little present in the closet last week and I'm dying to see what it is. It's off to NYC tomorrow once I'm off work for the night. Looking forward to walking the streets of the magical city with mi amor. Our lil trip is coincidentally on Valentine's and during fashion week, who knew?

Have a wonderful sweet-filled Valentine's Day with the one's you love!
