Moroccan Lamb Stew

I never thought I would be holding onto the winter as tightly as I have been. I was holding out for more snow last week my wishes came true a light dusting of powdery white snow. I was very apprehensive about winter's in Philadelphia since I've been spoiled with very mild winter's in the south for so long. 

Since, it's still a little chilly I decided to make a lamb stew. I threw in dried apricots, some moroccan inspired spices (cinnamon, ground ginger), and then made some homemade bow tie pasta. I love stew, soup, anything warm when your fighting off a chill.
