Ted and I love making brunch. Eggs on or in everything is our love. I love pie crust. Not much of a pie person but I'll eat the crust all day long. Buttery, flaky pie dough gets even better with an egg, spinach, cheese mixture warmed to perfection. A perfecto dish for when friends come over that which is also very simple. I love personal portions of just about anything. I tend to bake my mac and cheese in souffle dishes just because I love it so. (And with mac and cheese it's a good portion control.)
