summer has slowed DOWN

Today my friends was a raining, cloud covered day. I savored sleeping in and the luxe of DOWN time before heading out for the day. I even sipped my coffee instead the usual throw DOWN. Deciding to ride my bike, the one that's brakes need a serious tune up, was not my brightest moment. City cycling is already a mastered art. Biking included splashing through every paddle. Refreshing, no? Weelllllllllllllllllll… I did YELL at a homeless person who had moved sluggishly in front of me… 'MMMMMOOOOOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, I can't stop'. I was going surprisely faster than I thought and pushing with my little hands on the brakes was not working. Quick and not so gracefully… I threw my bike DOWN. 

Embarrassing to say the least. I walked my schwinn back home. I'm also embarrassed to say that the homeless man may or may not have been hit with my bike. Bike shop, here we come. . .
